A female doctor who is a Muslim conducted a surgical
operation while wearing her hijab. According to the lady who posted about the
operation of Facebook, she is so delighted to be able to perform her duties
while in her religion attire.
The lady identified as Aishat Obi who converted to Islam in
2017, conducted the surgery with her team on a little boy.
She said she initially believed that women are illiterates
or they are not allowed to practice in hijab. She also mentioned that she loves
her job so much and her Islamic style of dressing gives her joy everyday
Below is what she shared on Facebook;
"Allahu Akbar
Alhamdulillah
The operation went well
Am so happy for the little boy
I so much love my job
Before I use to think that Muslim women are illiterate or
they are not allow to practice what they want if by a chance they where
opportune to go to school.
Seeing my self in the field I wanted
With Islamic dressing gives me Joy everyday.
I thank Almighty Allah for guiding me to the right part (
Islam )
I also thank him for being the director of this operation
without complication."
Aishat Obi converted to Islam last year and according to her
she is proud to be an Igbo Muslim despite heavy backlash which might be
associated with that.
After her conversion, she made a post on Facebook with
reference to a lady identified as Faddylado Sama as one the people instrumental
in her conversion to Islam.
"This is my twins sister from another womb.she is more than a
sister to me.she is among the people whom there character attracted me more to
Islamic religion.I pray to have a friend like her in my nest life. Ya Allah
give me the type of character that will change others too. Ya Allah cause me to live and behave like a good Muslim
woman."
I know some skeptics will assume there's a rich Alhaji behind their conversion.
Can't the average Igbo girl convert again?
Must everything boil down to money and fine things?

Pin the hijab just below the chin to as to increase the jawline if you have a face that is heart-shaped. https://theimperfectmuslimah.wordpress.com/2017/07/24/review-hidden-pearls/
