Youths beat and tie up 70 year old man in Rivers State



The 70-yr-old man was tortured and chained to a pillar for allegedly defiling a 10-yr-old girl in Upata, Rivers State. 



He was later handed over to the police.



This can't be the first time he's doing this.
Old dog finally got served.
