Fans Pay Tribute To Aretha Franklin As Burial Week begins

The remains of the late queen of soul, Aretha Franklin who died last week at the age of 76 from pancreatic cancer, have been displayed in her home town, Detroit, where she began her career as a child singing gospel in the New Bethel Baptist Church choir.
Fans bearing flowers came to pay their last respects as Aretha's songs made the ambiance complete.

Aretha will be buried wearing red louboutin shoes. Organisers stressed this aspect in the press release. Disrespectful? Yes and no...
She deserves the best pair on earth, yet, why commercialize her passing?
Hmmm...
Anyhoo, may her soul rest in peace.
